Nate Reichel: Program Director
Current offensive coordinator at Mercyhurst University. Former DII runner up with Mercyhurst. Over 15 years of experience at Ohio Wesleyan University, Cathedral Prep, and at the club and middle school level.

Sarah Farley: Girls Head Coach
Currently serving as a Division I assistant coach at Mercyhurst University. Played Collegiately at the University of Alabama Huntsville. Won a Bucks Gold Championship at University Nottingham in 2023.

Justin Hindman: Boys Head Coach
Former Mercyhurst Assistant coach and current defensive coordinator at Cathedral Prep. Just played in two national championship games. One at the DII level with St. Leos university and the other with Indiana Tech in NAIA.

Andrew Smykowski: Goalie Coach
Current Cathedral Prep Head Coach. Four year starter at Slippery Rock University where he lead his team to multiple final 4 appearances in net.

Ethan Klan: Coach
Former 2 time D10 1st team all defense. Currently playing LSM for Hartwick College.

Owen Callaghan: Coach
Former D10 Player of the year, Prep’s Single Season all time points leader. Currently a midfielder at Walsh University.

Tyler Moritzen: Coach
Currently a Junior Goalie with the Division 1 Mercyhurst Lakers, he has been playing lacrosse since 1st grade and has been a Goalie since 4th grade. From Lancaster PA, he went to Manheim Township High School and was a 4 year varsity starter. He also played club lacrosse with Rock Lacrosse Club, IM3 Lax, and NXT Lacrosse. He’s been a goalie coach at IM3 Lax and TEAM Lacrosse during the summers coaching U12 and U14.

Jeremi Phoenix-Lefebvre: Coach
Currently a Senior Attackman at Mercyhurst University from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He put up 37 goals and 21 assists last year as a Junior for a total of 58 points and rank second on the team. Jeremi also plays Senior A lacrosse in Canada for the Cobourg Kodiaks and before that played for the Toronto Beaches in Junior A, also in Canada. He was on the Honorable Mention list from USA Lacrosse Magazine in 2024, as well as a GMAC First Team All-Conference player.
